    • Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation

    • Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary

  • Account Manager

    • Organize and schedule appointments with clients and potential clients

    • Write and distribute emails, letters, and forms

    • Assist in writing and distributing checks and maintaining payroll

    • Organizer and track bills & purchase orders on BuilderTrend

    • Maintain & file expenses, receipts, checks, etc.

    • Maintain & update Quickbooks accordingly
