Organize and schedule appointments with clients and potential clients
Write and distribute emails, letters, and forms
Assist in writing and distributing checks and maintaining payroll
Organizer and track bills & purchase orders on BuilderTrend
Maintain & file expenses, receipts, checks, etc.
Maintain & update Quickbooks accordingly
